Aabha Collections
Privacy Policy
Your trust matters to us. This policy explains how personal information is used when you browse Aabha Collections, place an order or contact us.
Effective from 17 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
Aabha Collections is the business responsible for processing your personal information. You can reach us about privacy matters at aabhacollections@outlook.com or by post at 114 Grindon Crescent, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG6 8BS, United Kingdom.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account information and messages you send us. Technical information may include your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and cookie preferences.
We use information needed to provide the shop, fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, processing may rely on fulfilling your order, legal obligations, legitimate interests or your consent, as appropriate.
Orders & payment information
Order and delivery information is used to process purchases, arrange fulfilment and shipping, provide tracking and handle order enquiries or approved returns. Checkout and payment are handled through Shopify and the payment services offered at checkout. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies; Aabha does not ask you to send full card details by message.
Customer accounts
If you create or use a customer account, account and order information is used to provide access to your purchases and account services. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you believe your account has been misused.
Communications
We use your contact details to send necessary order, delivery and service updates and to respond to your questions. Marketing messages are separate and are sent only where permitted by applicable law, including with consent where required. You can opt out of marketing using an unsubscribe option when provided or by contacting us; essential order messages may still be sent.
Cookies & similar technologies
Necessary cookies and similar storage are used for essential shop functions — for example keeping your shopping bag, remembering preferences, and operating the secure Shopify checkout and payment process. These are required for the shop to work and cannot be switched off within the site.
We do not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing cookies or tracking pixels. If we introduce any in future, they will only be used with your consent where the law requires it, and this section will be updated to describe them.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect shop functions such as the bag and checkout.
Service providers & Shopify
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and checkout. Relevant information may also be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, trusted fulfilment partners in Surat, couriers and other providers needed to operate the shop. Information shared should be limited to what each service needs. Providers may process some information under their own privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably needed to prevent fraud, protect rights or resolve a dispute. Review Shopify’s privacy information at shopify.com/legal/privacy for details of its practices.
International processing
Because Aabha Collections uses service providers such as Shopify and fulfils orders internationally from India, your personal information may be processed outside your country of residence. Data protection laws in other countries may differ.
Where applicable law requires it, appropriate safeguards are used for these international transfers. You can contact us for more information about how your information is protected when it is processed abroad.
Retention & security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including processing orders, providing customer service, maintaining business and accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or securely anonymise it where appropriate.
Some transaction and accounting records may need to be kept longer where the law requires it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain uses, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions, including records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Contact the privacy email below to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Updates & contact
This policy may be updated when our services or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available here. This policy is effective from 17 October 2026.
