Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

We aim to present pieces clearly using available supplier information, photographs and measurements. Sizing, finish and ready-to-wear status are specific to each product; read the listing before ordering. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colours. Descriptions and imagery do not remove your rights if an item is not as described.

Some model imagery may be AI-generated for styling presentation. We review these images for garment accuracy, and original product/supplier imagery may also be shown where appropriate. AI styling images can show slight visual differences; refer to the product details and original imagery where available, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the site or at checkout. Review the final order total, including shipping and any duties or taxes shown, before paying. Prices may change before an order is placed. If a pricing or description error affects your order, we’ll contact you to explain the available options rather than automatically charging a different amount.

Products are subject to availability with our trusted partners. Availability can change while an order is being reviewed. If a piece cannot be supplied, we’ll contact you about an alternative or cancellation and an appropriate refund; substitutions will not be made without your agreement.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. The automated order acknowledgement you receive confirms that your order has been received; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when Aabha Collections confirms fulfilment or dispatch of your order, or otherwise clearly confirms acceptance. We review orders before fulfilment and may contact you if details need clarification.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will inform you and any payment due to be refunded will be handled appropriately. Nothing in this section removes your statutory consumer rights.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment methods offered there. Payment provider terms may also apply. Orders may need successful payment and any necessary checks before fulfilment begins. Please do not send full payment-card details through email or messaging.

Orders are prepared and dispatched by trusted fulfilment partners in Surat, India. Delivery options and costs depend on the destination and parcel weight. Indicative courier transit estimates apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed; see Delivery for details. Please give a complete and accurate address and report errors promptly.

Where supported, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so you can see the applicable charges before placing your order. Treatment depends on the destination and service. Additional import charges may apply where they have not been collected in advance; review the checkout information and contact us if unclear.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll check whether this is possible, but cancellation may not be available once fulfilment has begun. Any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Read Returns & Exchanges for eligibility, approval and return instructions. Contact us before sending an item back. Approved refunds follow receipt and inspection, subject to applicable law; exchanges depend on stock. Return shipping, original shipping charges and duties are handled according to the reason for return, destination and applicable legal rights.

The website’s branding, text, design and imagery are owned by Aabha or used with permission from their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially use its content without the relevant permission.

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably be foreseen or for business losses arising from personal consumer purchases. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or negligence where prohibited, or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Courier or external disruption can affect delivery, but this does not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law places on the seller.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not restrict.
